GEMINI BOOKS GROUP ACQUIRES THE ASSETS OF PUBLICATIONS INTERNATIONAL LTD
Following investment from existing and new shareholders, Gemini Books Group (Gemini) today announces the acquisition of the trade and assets of Publications International Ltd. (PIL), taking another step towards its goal of building a global publishing group.

Long-standing PIL executive Jeff Coyle will become President, Gemini North America, and Chief Operating Officer of Gemini, bringing the entire senior team from PIL. The rest of the leadership team comprises Tara Catogge, who joins as Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for global sales and marketing, and Sarah Cossey, who remains Finance & Operations Director for Gemini UK. In addition, Jim Bashour will join the company as SVP, Information Systems.
